Nura headphones adapt to your hearing

nura
The sound is just for you
Nura promises to be smarter than other headphones. The makers claim it can measure your hearing and adapt the sound output perfectly for you.
It only takes 30 seconds to take a measure of your hearing, and then adapt to it. Because it fine tunes the audio to exactly match your listening profile, the makers claim it effectively turns you into an audiophile straight away. Though hopefully without the straggly beard and lack of social skills.
While it's an over-ear design, it also has earbuds that you place in your shell-likes. This helps cut out background noise so you can hear the music clearer, and also gives you better sound quality.
It does this by separating high and low frequencies and playing them through different speaker drivers. The over-ear cup contains the first driver that plays deep bass, while the second driver is in the in-ear bud, and gives you the high tones.

They also know who's wearing them. Don them, and they'll recognise you and load your sound profile in less than two seconds. Then the music will be fine tuned to your ears.
It's raised almost half a million dollars and still has 52 days to go. Pledge $199 and it can be yours on an early bird. It'll ship in April next year.
